2022 has the potential to be a turning point. Of course, no one can guarantee that this chance will be used. Although it is now fashionable to demand guarantees. But conditions are emerging to take a fresh look at the world and the prospects for its development, and to stop trying to fix the system using tools that are already outdated. And come up with new ones. In 2021, it became clear that “as before” will no longer be the case. The pandemic sharply spurred changes that began before it, and hopes that after the fall (not only economic) there would be a quick rebound did not last long. It seems that the exhaustion of the previous path has finally been realized. We will bounce somewhere in the other direction. It's time to think about where.
