The report describes the main results of the organization of control (supervisory) activities in the Russian Federation in 2022. The report presents the main statistical indicators of inspections and preventive measures, describes the directions of the government's work to further improve control procedures and the system of regulatory requirements. Particular attention is paid to the issues of digital transformation of government control, in particular, the rapid development of product traceability systems as an element of digital control over compliance with requirements. The report contains recommendations for further improvement of control (supervisory) activities and the system of regulatory requirements, including specific proposals for mitigating such requirements on certain regulatory issues.
