his study examines the fundamental trends which were observed over the recent 10 years in the work of the BRICS economies as a single economic system, and also analyzes the potential for recovery of the BRICS economies in the post-pandemic world. Under the system, the legal and financial interaction of the economies as subsystems was adopted to achieve a single goal-to increase trade turnover, exclude the prevailing role of the dollar in commodity exchange operations, and reduce dependence on the dynamics of the economy of the Western world.
