Развитие адаптационной астении у спортсменов высокой квалификации
Objective of the study was to study the influence of highly qualified athletes of pronounced loads in the intercompetitive period on functional indicators, biochemical parameters of blood and the activity of antioxidant systems, and on the possibility of potential development of asthenic disorders in them.
Methods and structure of the study. The work included 104 high-class athletes of various specializations. The study was carried out during the period of the athletes passing training camps in the pre-competitive period. Due to the high physical and mental stress in the pre-competition period and the focus on competitive selection for responsible international competitions, a short (15 days) study period was used. The maximum load in athletes was achieved by the end of the 7th day of training, followed by stabilization of the load and its optimization by the 15th day.
Results and conclusions. Athletes of high achievements with pronounced loads in the pre-competitive period have a decrease in most functional indicators, which indicates the possibility of the potential development of asthenic disorders in these individuals.
