The monograph in review is prepared by a team of authors - constitutionalists, including the staff of the Department of Constitutional and Municipal Law of the University named after O.E. Kutafin (Moscow State Law Academy), and is dedicated to the study of the constitutional and legal status of the head of state in Russia, including the historical and legal development of this institution. The relevance and scientific significance of the study is shown. The contribution of the team of authors to the development of related research in the field of constitutional law is emphasized.
