The world seems understandable to us if we can describe it and tell each other. The pandemic has changed the world suddenly (overnight), totally (for everyone) and radically (radically). Yesterday's descriptions of the world are becoming obsolete and crumbling before our eyes. And at the same time, new, yet invisible and unknown, tomorrow's social ideas about the world are taking shape. All this is happening here and now! And this is exactly what the sociological research project coronaFOM is about.
