Коммерческое представительство в ЕС: тенденции правового регулирования
The article is devoted to the consideration of actual problems of legal regulation of relations of commercial representation in the European Union. The author highlights the characteristic features of the harmonization and unification of private law in the EU, examines the main documents in the field of regulation of commercial representation: Council Directive No. 86/653/EEC of December 18, 1986 "On the coordination of the legislation of the Member States in relation to independent commercial agents", the Principles of European Contract Law and the Draft General Reference Scheme. It is noted that the internal relations of the commercial representation in the EU are mainly mediated by commercial agency agreements. Attention is focused on the creation of an effective mechanism in the EU to protect the interests of a commercial agent. In conclusion, the main trends in the legal regulation of commercial representation relations in the European Union at the supranational level are formulated.
