География неоднородности в цифровых компетенциях российских магистрантов
The article shows how the professional digital competencies of undergraduates’ students correlate with the territorial
inequality . Empirical base of the article was the data of the research project "The Birth of the Russian Master's
Degree" . Authors built two indexes: index of the digital competency’s self-estimation and the expectations index. The
last one showed if the Masters’ students expected digital competencies develop ing while they were learning at their
master program . In all analyzed federal districts, undergraduates consider such digital competencies as information
security and the ability to work with data (including big data analysis) . They did not expect the master's program
helped them into professional digital skills development.
