Опыт российских регионов в реализации национального проекта в сфере экологии (конфликтный дискурс)

The article presents the results of a study of the problem of interaction between business and government in the conflict discourse in the field of ecology on the example of 5 Russian regions (Krasnoyarsk Territory, Trans-Baikal Territory, Lipetsk, Omsk, Chelyabinsk regions). Using the method of qualitative content analysis, the experience of the regions on 2 key issues was studied: 1) how does the interaction of business and government in the field of ecology work; 2) How are conflicts resolved? The results of the study showed that the conflict discourse between business and government in the field of ecology is quite acute, among the settlement practices: modernization of enterprises, "green agreements" between business and government, development of environmental policy of companies. However, in the face of external constraints, there is a consolidation of business and government in the issue of ecology
