In this article different methods of diagnosis of human resources management system used in Russia and abroad are considered. Based on the analysis of key methods of human resources management system evaluation, the diagnostic model in networked organizations is proposed. To demonstrate how the proposed model can be used in real business environment the diagnosis of human resources management system is used in one of the Russian companies.
