The paper presents the author's methodology for calculating the labor potential of the organization with an example of its implementation at JSC "Foundry and Mechanical Plant" in the city of Semyonov, Nizhny Novgorod Region. When compiling this methodology, based on expert assessments, the components of the labor potential were identified and the relationship between them was established to calculate the labor potential of the organization in points. To determine the integral indicator of the organization's labor potential, we use the system of private indicators which characterize and justify each component: personnel, educational, professional, innovative, social and economic.
