Recently, when developing digital products, designers are increasingly using tools such as the user path map (CJM), Empathy Map, Persona frameworks, User Stories. But new technologies are emerging, people's needs are changing, which poses new challenges for designers. Such challenges also have an impact on the development of research methodologies. Recently, much attention has been paid to the convenience and accessibility of software products, websites, mobile applications, etc. This led to an interest in user-oriented product design, UX design.
The book describes the methodologies of product management and user experience design in the context of the work of JTBD (Eng. Jobs To Be Done, "work must be done"), which included various methods and techniques for studying consumer needs, visualization, innovation development, competitor analysis, etc.
