For the concept of Greater Eurasia (for details, see: [Suslov, Pyatachkova, 2019]), as well as for other international projects and institutions, the current amount of challenges is a real stress test for strength and ability to adapt to changing conditions. In the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, it is called into question how timeliness, and the very possibility of systemic interstate cooperation as such. In order to make some assumptions about several possible scenarios for further development Eurasia, it is necessary to analyze the state of affairs in those areas integration within this regional international community, which are now under the greatest pressure of an unfavorable environment: in the field of defense and security and in the economic sphere.
