The monograph presents the results of modern theoretical and scientific-practical research on business psychology (business psychology) - a dynamic branch of modern applied psychology. The essence of the business-psychological approach developed at the National Research University Higher School of Economics on the basis of the master's program "Psychology in Business" is revealed. The directions of research of psychological factors of business at the personal, organizational and social levels are highlighted. New technologies are presented in the construction of the practical work of a business psychologist in organizations.
The contents of the monograph were prepared by teachers, graduates, students of the National Research University Higher School of Economics and other universities in Russia, Great Britain, France, as well as practicing business psychologists.
The book will be useful for undergraduate and graduate students, practicing psychologists, as well as professionals of various specialties who work with business.
