The system of assessment of competitiveness of the road construction organization is developed. The order of selection of the estimated organizations - competitors in the regional market of road construction is ordered. The criteria and indicators of evaluation, as well as the corresponding coefficients of their significance were determined by expert means. To improve the quality of evaluation, evaluation indicators are refined by private indicators. Given the relativity of the concept of competitiveness, the concept of the best organization is introduced. The coefficient of comparability with the indicators of the "best organization" is applied. A generalized indicator of competitiveness is derived. The conditions for assessing the level of realized competitiveness of road construction organizations are proposed. The order of selection of measures aimed at improving competitiveness is established.
