The collection is compiled on the basis of reports and messages presented at the Fourth International Scientific and Practical Conference "Homo loquens: Language and Culture", held on April 16, 2019 (St. Petersburg, Russian Christian Academy for Humanities). The organizers of the readings were the Faculty of World Languages of Cultures of the RHGA, the Department of Foreign Philology and Linguodidactics of the RHGA, the Institute of Italian Language and Culture. Here are the results of research work of university teachers, researchers and novice researchers in the field of philology, cultural studies, pedagogy, psychology, history, archeology and architecture, literary history and philosophy of humanitarian education. The collection is designed for teachers, students and everyone who is interested in the problems of history and theory of language and culture.
