Взаимодействие бизнеса и власти в конфликтном дискурсе: Российская Федерация, Чили и Аргентина

This article presents the results of a study on the problem of interaction between business and government in the conflict discourse in the Russian Federation, Chile and Argentina. When studying the case of the Russian Federation, emphasis was placed on regional specifics (Ryazan, Sverdlovsk, Kaluga, Vladimir regions). Conflict discourse is studied using two methods (content analysis and interviews). The results of the study showed that the conflict discourse between business and government escalated in all countries during the Covid-2019 period, however, the mechanisms for conflict resolution differed in the conditions of different institutional design of countries.
