Сельскохозяйственная политика ЕС: вопросы концентрации и конкуренции
Based on the official materials, the current trends in the agricultural policy of the EU are analyzed with an emphasis on the aspects of concentration and competition poorly studied in Russian European studies. The article monitors the penetration of competitive norms in the system of organization of the single agricultural market. The author evaluates the application of new norms by control and judicial bodies in the current decade. According to the hypothesis, two new fields of agricultural policy are emerging in the European Union - promotion of cooperation and promotion of intraregional trade. They are aimed at the increase of competition and shift the balance of policy objectives to the side of benefits for consumers. The solution of the problem of the fragmentation of farming that was found in EU could be useful also for the organizers of the Eurasian agricultural market. The expected transition to the common agricultural market of the Eurasian economic union, the interest to the creation of the united logistic centers, the important role of the control of the competition justify the development of the over national regulation in order to protect the interests of the consumers, preservation of the farming and the saving of the state expenses. According to the European experience, it's important to enhance the legal support of the cooperation in the agricultural sphere.
