Стратегии взаимодействия бизнеса и власти в регионах: кейс Владимирской области
The author, based on the economic indicators of the region and interviews with major business representatives, heads of business associations of the Vladimir region, identifies several strategies inherent in business in the region when interacting with the state. Business in the Vladimir region is largely characterized by either complete disregard for the state (mainly for small businesses), or "delegation", that is, business participation through public and expert discussions, close interaction with the Legislative Assembly through representatives of business associations. There are many reasons for this, but the key ones are the weakness of large businesses in the region (there are few of them, their profits are declining), discrepancies in the ways of managing and achieving the investment attractiveness of the region between the governor and business representatives, the difficult relationship between the governor and the federal government (which is why there are almost no major infrastructure projects in the region). In general, this is embedded in the theory of Coen, Grant, and Wilson about business interaction strategies and the habit of businesses to choose a strategy based on their scale.
