Organizational Health Perspective through Psychological Aspects of Human Capital
Turbulent environment highlighted espe-cial importance of organisational health andresilience concept (Salanova et al., 2012, Lin-nenluecke, 2015). The research purpose is toclarify the psychological and organizationalconditions how employees support firms inreaching organisational health. Theoreticalbase form Institutional Theory (Papandreou,1998), Positive Psychology (Seligman et al.,2014) and Self Determination Theory (Deciet al., 2011). In particular the authors focuson emotional, eudemonic, physical well-beingalong with psychological capital development,and engagement as employees’ reactions,intensified by meaningfulness and intrinsicmotivation The data is collected from 110respondents employed by 22 companies, oper-ating in Russia, and from HR managers ofthese firms. This research contributes to addknowledge for managing corporate humancapital, in particular employees’ psychologicalcapital and well-being, as a main source oforganisational resilience and a basement for acompetitive advantage of the firm
