Субъективные представления о заболевании и приверженность лечению при фибрилляции предсердий

The article presents an empirical study of subjective beliefs about the disease of patients with atrial fibrillation (AF) and their adherence to anticoagulant therapy. In the structure of beliefs, It was proposed that the structure of beliefs consists of several factors, i.e. awareness of the disease, the uncertainty of its manifestations, the unpredictability of the course, the possibility of controlling the disease. For the measurement of these factors the original questionnaire was proposed. It was revealed that adherence to ACT is positively associated with awareness, negatively - with the belief "​​the uncertainty of symptoms". Three clusters of patients were identified, differing in patterns of beliefs about the disease: “favorable” (34 %), “denying” (20 %), “indefinite” (43 %).
