Взаимосвязь структурной оптимизации и эффективности работы федеральных органов исполнительной власти
The article is devoted to the study of the results of administrative reform from the perspective of organization theory. The research was prompted by the fifteenth anniversary of the beginning of a large-scale administrative reform in the Russian Federation. The main purpose of the article is to summarize the results of the transformations in the system of executive authorities over the past period, assessment of the process component of the reform and an answer to the questions of what results were achieved and why some of them have remained just a declaration. The article compares the goals of the reform in different time periods, compares the planned and the results achieved, the relationship of the immediate results is described reforms with expected final effects, the number of modernizations of the executive power system at different stages was estimated/As a result, the key patterns of implementation of transformations were revealed in the domestic practice of reforming the system of executive power, identified "pain points" of structural changes on the example of federal executive bodies and made proposals to improve the reform process in the future.
