Влияние доходов и питания населения на размеры тела новорожденных

The correlation between the body weight and height in birth with profits and dietary characteristic of population is considered according to mean regional data in 2007 from 44 regions of Russian Federation with the rate of ethnic Russians of more than 85%. The study did not show any association between the per capita cash income, total caloric value of diet and body height and weight in birth. In the meanwhile, the mean body weight in birth in Russian Federation demonstrated significant correlation between the mean regional level of dietary protein, lipids and total caloric value of livestock products. These data testify to significant influence of rate of livestock products in diet upon the state of neonate even if the total caloric value of parental diet is sufficient.
