The collection presents reports of Russian experts at the conference "Regional transformations: opportunities and challenges for the development of Russian-Chinese relations", held on October 25, 2018 in RISI. The presentations assessed the state and dynamics of the situation in the Asia-Pacific region, analyzed the features of the integration processes taking place in the Asia-Pacific region, characterized the role and importance of extra-regional partners in the creation of new formats of interaction in East Asia. The set of existing complex problems in the region was considered from the perspective of their impact on the entire complex of Russian-Chinese relations, including the interface of the Eurasian economic Union and the silk road Economic belt.
