The chapter examines the main directions of Spanish-Russian trade in the 18th century, shows that the new Black Sea-Mediterranean trade is developing more and more actively in connection with the inclusion of the Crimea to the Russian state and the weakening of contacts in the traditional northern direction due to the outbreak of war between England and its colonies (Riga, Arkhangelsk, Petersburg).
