The 3rd International Conference on Contemporary Education, Social Sciences and Humanities (ICCESSH 2018) was held in Moscow, Russia on April 25-27, 2018. The aim of ICCESSH 2018 is to provide a common platform for educators, artists, scholars, and students with different cultural backgrounds to present and discuss research, developments and innovations in the fields of Philosophy, Education, Art and Design, Language and Literature, Economy, Management, Law, History and Other subjects of Social Sciences and Humanities. 
The Conference is jointly organized by Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, People's Friendship University (Moscow, Russia); International Science and Culture Center for Academic Contacts (Moscow, Russia); The Council for Research in Values and Philosophy (Washington, USA); Zhengzhou Yingchun Conference planning Co., Ltd. (Zhengzhou, China). 
The Conference has received 570 manuscripts, and 359 submissions have been accepted by our reviewers. All papers included in this collection have undergone careful peer-review by three experts before being selected for publication.
