Разработка модели компетентностей на примере должности «администратор» в сегменте HoReCa
Competencies model role of the organization and the main fields of its application is discussed in the article. The distinction between Russian concepts «kompetentsiya», «kompetentnost'» has been introduced. The article substantiates the actuality of scientific approach to the use of a сompetencies model in the practice of modern companies. The main requirement for a сompetencies model was made and the article identifies specific features which must be taken into account when building of a сompetencies model. The main contents of article make the description of сompetencies model development for the Nizhny Novgorod network, the providing service of public catering, on the example of a "administrator" position. Authors have chosen a technique of creation of сompetencies model "The technologies personnel center – the 21st century" as a methodological basis. The main methods of data collection were the analysis of documents, an interview and expert assessment. Four stages of carrying out a research are described in this work: collecting and the analysis of documents of the company, formation of a competencies model for the "administrator" position, verification of the developed a competencies model. The research efforts led to the formation of a competencies model for the "administrator" position in a Horeca sector, presented by the detailed description of professional, organizational, administrative, individual and personal competencies. The example of formation of grade profile for competency "system thinking" with the description of concrete indicators of manifestation of this competence in professional activity the administrator is given.
