Использование методов нематериальной мотивации персонала в государственных и частных лечебно-профилактических учреждениях
The study aimed to estimate the frequency of using intangible methods of motivation in non-financial organizations. The authors also assessed the impact of this factor on work quality and job satisfaction. Moscow doctors working for a private clinic, a city hospital and a federal scientific medical center were questioned. During the study 89 questionnaires were distributed 89, and 66 of them were returned completed. The most influential methods of intangible motivation were: a good team, opportunities to gain experience, interesting work, good and comfortable working conditions, good interactions with managerial staff, convenient work schedule and the possibility of further training. Heads of medical organizations should use intangible incentives and increase their implementation in teams working under their control. This will enhance staff performance without significant expenses, thus improving medical care quality and institution competitiveness.
