The article deals with controversial questions about whether there is a possible revision to the new circumstances of judgments in connection with the establishment of the European Court of Human Rights violations of the Convention made when considering a similar case at the request of another person, and in what cases the decision of the European Court on Human Rights has to lead to cancellation of judicial acts of the Russian vessels within civil legal proceedings.
