Протестное поведение в избирательной кампании 2016 г.: особенности липецкого кейса
In this article the author analyzes the phenomenon of protest behavior of voters in the Russian Federal Elections 2016. Voters choose the Russian State Duma and regional parliaments. The author analyzes the situation in the Lipetsk region, where a large number of invalid ballots was recorded by a vote. Against the background of the protest vote, at first sight, a convincing victory of the party "United Russia" does not seem a great achievement of Russian power and Vladimir Putin. People will, in the end it turned protest requires careful consideration. In modern Russia, created such legal rules under which it is almost impossible massive dissatisfaction with the results of the elections. The Russian government is well aware that it is with such protests could begin "color revolutions" in the any states of post-Soviet space. In the last elections to the State Duma in 2011 the political protest wore direct action. After 5 years later, on the eve of a new election cycle, the protest is felt in the method of voting in the choice of the Russian society. Political processes in the Lipetsk region have long been in the interests of the author. For example, this work shows how, in the framework of the Lipetsk region is different voter behavior in the cities and provinces, linking it with the difference in handling specific municipal areas. Power has enormous resources to mobilize the masses, and specific examples in the case of the Lipetsk region confirm this. The author tries to find out what can be guided in choosing Lipetsk voter protest strategies, and how these choices can talk about the legitimacy of the regional authorities.
