This article is devoted to the methodology of team building based on the evolvement of the corporate stuff in the implementation of the social project — the corporate blood donation. Authors submit several recommendations for implementation of that methodology on the basis of results of conducted on-line survey. In addition to solving corporate management problems, in particular the development of the social and the organizational kinds of capital, the use of this methodology allow company to strength the corporate reputation as the socially responsible organization.
