Культурная дистанция в среде российских и иностранных профессионалов

In this article the analysis of cultural diversities between Russian and foreign professionals (expats) from EU and USA working in Russia, is carried out. It is shown there is a cultural distance between Russian professionals and expats which is expressed in different recognition of the power, risk and group interests. In fact it is a consequence of diversities which we find inside the national groups of professionals. Thus, it is possible to derive two polar groups among Russians and expats which represent a set of values being basic for most of representatives of the culture (the bigger group) or being closer to most of representatives of opposite culture (the smaller group).
