The article is devoted to the comparative analysis of criminal law prohibitions in the sphere of corporate relations. In this group of countries, the protection of corporate relations is carried out in complex laws and not on the basis of the norms of the Criminal Code (exception - Spain). In general, there is a higher level of criminal repression in the area of corporate relations.  In contrast to Russia in foreign countries, prohibitions are designed formally and an investigator does not have to prove large-scale damage from such actions. The  author did not found  legal constructions to combat for raiding.
