One of the most urgent topics nowadays in Russia about the development and improvement of health care is becoming increasingly important. Modern trends in the growth of the medical sector, are quite promising, its role in the national economy is increasing, that is caused by the active functioning of private medical institutions.Therefore, the aim of our research is to identify the factors influencing the clients choice of the health care institutions and creation the value of services provided by private clinics in Nizhny Novgorod, using in their work different types of business models, on the basis of their preference.
