Социально-психологические факторы первого впечатления о партнере в деловом общении

The problem of this articel is social psychological factors of business communications. On the example of empirical research we showed that there is a specifis of froming first impressions. The purpose of empirical research was in exposure of social psycological factors of ferst impression about partners in business communication. Main methods: expert questions, modification of methods verbal portret of A.A. Bodalev. We elaborated the role game, devoted to business communicaton in the conditions of horizontal and vertical communcations. Main results are: new factors about first impressions in business communication releted with gender differences and statuse and role positions of partners.
