Оценка текущей государственной политики Российской Федерации в сфере городского электрического транспорта

This article examines the assessment of the federal authorities of the Russian Federation’s sectoral policy in the field of urban electric transport as of the first half of the 20-ies of the XXI century. This article evaluates the government’s position on the development of electric transport, which makes it possible to provide recommendations for its improvement in various areas. The article examines the views of the scientific community on the importance of improving public policy, as well as on sectoral transport policy. The position of the industry community regarding the federal approach to the development of urban passenger electric transport is evaluated. As a result of the research, the main strengths and weaknesses of the state policy in the field of urban electric transport have been identified, and conceptual proposals have been made on ways to improve it. These proposals will make it possible in the medium term not only to normalize the state of electric transport systems, but also to lead to sustainable development.
