К вопросу о соответствии антимонопольному законодательству фирменных наименований коммерческих организаций
The article analyzes judicial practice, current antimonopoly and other legislation regulating the requirements for the use of the words «judicial», «judicial», «judicial» in the names of commercial organizations (non-governmental expert organizations). Based on the results of the study, the authors conclude — it cannot be ruled out that the use of the words «judicial», «judicial», «judicial» in the name of a non-governmental expert organization generates signs of unfair competition or abuse of law and may mislead participants in civil turnover (consumers of expert services) about the involvement of a legal entity in the activities of the judicial system of the Russian Federation, its relationship with government authorities, or the activity of this legal entity is of particular importance for ensuring state interests. This article also examines the current practice of antimonopoly authorities in countering unfair competition when using other brand names.
