The industrial parks sector in Russia is currently continuing to develop steadily. According to statistics, the number of industrial parks has grown from 80 in 2013 to 334 in 2020. From the organizational point of view an industrial park should be understood as a complex production system, the effective functioning of which is possible with an optimal combination of the interests of all stakeholders, which include the management company, park residents, investors, government agencies. The combination of stakeholders' interests objectively substantiates the need to consider both the management system of an industrial park and indicators for assessing management efficiency. The paper considers topical issues in this subject area, in particular analyzes the possible content of the system of indicators to assess the effectiveness of management of industrial park from the perspective of the management company and residents. The conclusion about the need to develop a system of criteria for assessing the effectiveness of an industrial park, taking into account the interests of all stakeholders.
