Права человека в области трансплантологии органов и тканей: теоретический и правовой аспекты
This study focuses on a comprehensive analysis of the legal regulation of organ and tissue transplantation in the Russian Federation from the perspective of protecting individual rights and adhering to bioethical principles. The relevance of this topic is driven by the rapid development of medical technologies and the increasing number of transplantation surgeries, which contrasts with the outdated and fragmented legal framework. This contradiction leads to challenges in law enforcement, weakens the mechanisms for protecting citizens' rights, and creates a significant gap between the demand for donor organs and their actual availability. The work is relevant in light of the constitutional guarantees of the rights to life and health, as well as in the context of the objectives of the national healthcare project.
