Услуги как объекты гражданского оборота
Based on the results of the study, the opinion is argued: in civil turnover, services are divided into four types, the first two are provided directly to a person: some affect the intellectual, including psychological or physiological, state of the customer or another participant in a legal relationship (a person), causing changes in his intangible benefits (health, level of education, emotions, etc.); these services are inseparable from a person and the result of their provision has no objectively expressed form. Others, by changing the appearance of a person, create the image desired by the customer (services of a makeup artist, hairdresser, plastic medicine doctor, etc.); such services are inseparable from a person, but the result of their provision has an objectively expressed form that can persist throughout a person's life or in a certain period of time. The following two types of services (the third and fourth) are provided in relation to goods, namely: the third type of service changes the form or content of goods or products (repairing clothes, baking cakes, etc.); Through the fourth type of service, objects of civil turnover are exchanged; this type of service involves assistance in the transfer, including ownership rights, of goods, products or financial assets. By its content, these actions or activities are the organization of the process of movement of goods or other property in civil circulation, excluding purchase and sale.
