This workshop is intended for students and teachers of the Faculty of Law of the National Research University Higher School of Economics, as well as students of other universities studying Law. Mastering arbitration procedural law presupposes that students have sufficient in-depth knowledge acquired in the courses "Civil Procedure Law", "Criminal Procedure Law", "Judicial power and law enforcement agencies", "Constitutional Law", "Administrative Law", which dealt with issues of the judicial system and judicial proceedings. Students' knowledge of such fundamental branches of law as civil, business, financial, land, civil procedure, etc. should contribute to a faster and more complete mastery of the discipline "Arbitration Procedural Law". The peculiarity of the course is that a number of procedural institutions, principles and stages, rights and obligations of subjects of arbitration and procedural legal relations have many common features inherent in civil proceedings. This, on the one hand, facilitates the understanding of many provisions of the theory of arbitration procedural law, and on the other hand, it gives students the opportunity to better understand the specifics of the consideration and resolution of cases by arbitration courts. The course's topics are aimed at tracking the specifics of arbitration proceedings, which determines the list of topics proposed for study. This program contains all the necessary provisions that a specialist with a higher legal education should know. The course involves students listening to lectures, studying recommended literature and regulatory sources, and discussing proposed issues and solving problems during seminars. A special feature of the workshop is the glossary applied to each topic of the seminar, which improves students' understanding of the conceptual framework of the theory of arbitration procedural law. The legislation is listed as of August 2024. The publication includes all the topics of the course, as it is prepared for use in seminar classes with a total of 32 academic hours provided for in the discipline's curriculum.
