Нарративные стратегии сочинений Ивана Пересветова: как строится рассказ об актуальном прошлом?

The article examines the narrative strategies in Ivan Peresvetov’s original writings, which follow “The Tale on the Taking of Tsargrad” in the so-called Peresvetov’s “Sbornik”. The author analyzes formal techniques that “slow down” the narrative (direct speech, refrains, aphorisms), temporal features of the storytelling and the linguistic tools used to reconstruct past events. The study argues that Peresvetov’s works prioritize descriptive and allegorical modes, displacing the linear historical narrative characteristic of “The Tale on the Taking of Tsargrad”. This approach creates an effect of temporal proximity, rendering the past vividly relevant to the reader.
