Within the framework of a study of the value consensus and historical memory of Russian youth (2023), an analysis of media content consumption is being conducted: the demand for different forms of historical and educational information and the patterns of young people’s behaviour in the media field of relevant content.
The media field influencing the historical self-awareness of young people is studied based on the analysis of the most popular information channels selected for the key topics of the study, analysis of the format and content of historical information in them, as well as the data of exploratory research: qualitative interviews and a quantitative survey (completion of the study – December 2023). The focus is on Internet resources: Telegram, VK, YouTube.
