Автоматизация видеосъемки и монтажа с использованием PTZ-видеокамер
In article features of non-uniform knowledge are considered, and the hypothesis of location on their structure is offered. This hypothesis allows to express work of the corresponding mechanism of a logic conclusion in the verbal form.
The volume is dedicated to Boris Mirkin on the occasion of his 70th birthday. In addition to his startling PhD results in abstract automata theory, Mirkin’s ground breaking contributions in various fields of decision making and data analysis have marked the fourth quarter of the 20th century and beyond. Mirkin has done pioneering work in group choice, clustering, data mining and knowledge discovery aimed at finding and describing non-trivial or hidden structures—first of all, clusters, orderings, and hierarchies—in multivariate and/or network data.
This volume contains a collection of papers reflecting recent developments rooted in Mirkin's fundamental contribution to the state-of-the-art in group choice, ordering, clustering, data mining, and knowledge discovery. Researchers, students, and software engineers will benefit from new knowledge discovery techniques and application directions.
A new computer architecture named object-attribute is offered in the article. Computer of the architecture have all necessary properties for Artificial Intelligence: abstraction of data and program, height concurrency, isomorphism of data and program (i.e. possibility of painless changing of program and data structures), training and self-training of computer system, dataflow, integration of data and program, generation of object description from simple description to complex description, implementation of distribute computer system.
Automatic electro-thermal analysis is included into Mentor Graphics PCB Design System. New software tool named TransPower is introduced to couple the electrical (Analog Designer) and thermal (BETAsoft) simulators. The design procedure is fully automated, human errors are eliminated, simulation time is significantly decreased, while accuracy and reliability are increased.
Automated electro-thermal analysis is realized in the last version of Mentor Graphics PCB Design System. The special software tool AETA is developed and integrated into the Expedition Enterprise PCB Design System to automate the process of power-temperature traffic between electrical and thermal simulators. Furthermore AETA provides the graphical user interface and the possibility to use the different versions of Mentor Graphics software.
The paper considers the phoneme recognition by facial expressions of a speaker in voice-activated control systems. We have developed a neural network recognition algorithm by using the phonetic words decoding method and the requirement for isolated syllable pronunciation of voice commands. The paper presents the experimental results of viseme (facial and lip position corresponding to a particular phoneme) classification of Russian vowels. We show the dependence of the classification accuracy on the used classifier (multilayer feed-forward network, support vector machine, k-nearest neighbor method), image features (histogram of oriented gradients, eigenvectors, SURF local descriptors) and the type of camera (built-in or Kinect one). The best accuracy of speaker-dependent recognition is shown to be 85% for a built-in camera and 96% for Kinect depth maps when the classification is performed with the histogram of oriented gradients and the support vector machine.
Automatic electro-thermal analysis is included into Mentor Graphics PCB Design System. The method of simultaneous iteration is used for board-level electro-thermal simulation. New software tool named TransPower is introduced to couple the electrical (Analog Designer) and thermal (BETAsoft) simulators. The design procedure is fully automated, human errors are eliminated, simulation time is significantly decreased, while accuracy and reliability are increased.
