ПРОБЛЕМА ДИАГНОСТИКИ ЛИЧНОЙ ЭФФЕКТИВНОСТИ В ПРОЦЕССЕ ПРОВЕДЕНИЯ КОУЧИНГА
The article analyzes the problem of diagnosing personal effectiveness as an indicator of the effectiveness of coaching. Various models of personal effectiveness are considered, the ratio of personal effectiveness and self-efficacy is analyzed. An empirical model of personal effectiveness was operationalized, and a survey method was developed on the basis of this operationalization. The results of validation and approbation of the method for measuring personal effectiveness are described. The results showed that the methodology can be used to assess the dynamics of the client's personal effectiveness during the coaching process.
