‘Science Is Universal-It Knows No Borders
Fuad Aleskerov, Tenured Professor and Director of the International Centre of Decision Choice and Analysis at HSE University, together with his colleagues, has developed methods of network analysis in bibliometrics that have made it possible to identify patterns in the appearance and citation of publications in academic journals, as well as their influence on each other. When one or a number of studies are frequently cited by a wide range of journals, this is an indicator that the research is of high quality. By contrast, extensive cross-citation within a limited group of journals increases the likelihood of identifying a network of predatory publications.

Труд волонтеров: социологическая проблематизация видов и особенностей деятельности

С. 4099–4107.
Климова С. Г., Klimov I.

The report offers an analysis of volunteering from the point of view of problematisation of the sociology of labor, since volunteer work is now acquiring a significant scale. It is involved in important areas of society (primarily in the field of social assistance). Volunteer work is often subject to the regulations of administration and project management, and only in this form is it effective. On the other hand, the regulation of volunteer labor (especially in the version of corporate volunteering) gives it the features of regularity, and sometimes compulsory. This fact requires the attention of labor sociologists and specialists in the field of labor law.
