The article examines the market for selling tickets for open events with a paid entrance. Based on an analysis of the preferences and experience of the target audience of various events and the expert opinion of event managers, conclusions are drawn regarding the effectiveness of methods for promoting entertainment events online and offline among visitors of different age categories, as well as the tendency for the complete transition of the ticket market to the Internet is predicted.
