Опыт применения Платформы соинвестирования ключевых компетенций для повышения эффективности программ отраслевого развития (на примере кластера перспективных энергетических технологий)

In modern geopolitical conditions, much attention is paid to initiatives that contribute to developing national economies, increasing the efficiency of interaction between business, state, and social sphere. The materials of the article consider the development of the infrastructure of the business environment based on the Platform for Core Competence Coinvestment (PSKK), which is forecast to have a significant positive impact on the performance of the national economy. PSKK algorithms are determined by the basic principles of intersystem balance and approaches to managing competitiveness based on the matrix of core competencies (MCC approach). The study presents the results of using the Platform in the development of a cluster of promising energy technologies, including small nuclear generation and hydrogen energy facilities. The conclusions about the positive impact of PSKK on the effectiveness of sectoral development programs and the national economy for the period up to 2035 are substantiated.
