The possibilities of solving engineering problems in the study of technological processes using the method of analytical optimization are considered. The essence of this method is to represent the technological process as a cybernetic system; statistical evaluation of each element of the system to obtain mathematical functions; analytical study of these functions and obtaining optimization dependencies.
The research methods described in this article are implemented in the study of the technology of cellular concrete, expanded polystyrene concrete, cement polymer concrete and mineral wool products. As an example, the article considers the optimization of foam concrete technology.
