The publications of participants of the international scientific and practical conference reflecting spatial problems of demographic, ecological and economic security, quality of life, education and sustainable development of regions, features of transition to the digital economy significant for remote territories of Russian regions are presented in the collection. The main tools of modeling of an object of a research is the complex of statistical and econometric methods of the analysis and forecasting.
